Self-Care for Successful Recruiting
Recruitment is a fast-paced industry. Especially healthcare recruitment where there is a shortage in supply of candidates while the demand is extremely high. Healthcare recruiters often have no choice but to answer that physician candidate after 6pm or on a Saturday when the candidate is finally free from patient care. Never mind recruiters have a family of their own and well deserved precious personal time to enjoy.
This is why it is so important for all of us to work on Self-Care.

Candidate Experience
Have you ever wondered how our candidates experience their interactions with us? How do we compare? We think we provide them with a WOW experience but do we really? In general (not clinical specific), 49% of job applicants decline a job offer due to poor candidate experience. As we all know, a job search can be one of the most stressful things in life.

Keeping Your Team Together
What can we, as individuals, do to keep our teams together? As we all know, strong relationships = strong results. As our friend, Philosopher Aristotle said: “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. As a well-oiled team we can get much more done than each of us individually.
