Marjorie Alexander-Vermeulen, CPRP-DEI, MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt

Marjorie Alexander is the founder of InkWise, a company dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their personal and business growth goals. Her corporate training and group- and one-on-one coaching has helped individuals and businesses reach higher levels of success. 

Marjorie has over 20 years of experience in Senior Leadership and Executive roles and has worked in the United States, the Netherlands, Australia, and the Middle East. She is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, holds an MBA, is DEI certified, and has a Six Sigma Black Belt.

While leading large national recruitment teams and holding board member seats at national and state associations, Marjorie has been able to develop and grow leaders to bring remarkable success to their organizations as well as help individuals grow in their roles. She enjoys encouraging, inspiring, and growing individuals and communicating her success principles to others through speaking engagements, corporate training, and group and individual coaching sessions.

I.B. Alexander is a seasoned financial services professional with over 35 years of experience leading high-performing accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis Teams. In addition to his MBA, he has completed "The Developing Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence Program" at Case Western University.

Equally passionate about storytelling, I.B. is the published author of the acclaimed mystery series featuring Sheriff Mikeal Lancaster, with his debut novel "Down Came Death" set in the captivating landscapes of Big Sky Country.

Drawing on his extensive experience in leadership and his passion for storytelling, I.B. offers coaching and mentoring services to individuals and organizations seeking to develop their leadership skills and bring their own stories to life.
